Filter, refresh, and export a dashboard

Once the dashboard is loaded, change its period, refresh the data, or download the full view.

Apply filters without losing context

1. Open the filters panel.
2. Choose the time range and, when relevant, a machine or sensor.
3. Click Apply filters.
4. Wait again for every chart to load.
5. Check the active filter labels before sharing or capturing.

Every filter changes the question

A screenshot without visible period or filter context can be misread. Include that context when you send it.

Dashboard-wide menu

Open the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

These actions affect the whole dashboard, not one chart.

• Refresh dashboard: query the latest data again.
• Full screen: hide menus for a presentation or plant display.
• Download: generate a file for the complete dashboard.
• Share: create a link; it does not grant permissions by itself.

Download the complete dashboard

1. Open ⋮ → Download.
2. Choose a format.
3. Wait for generation to finish before closing the tab.

Available formats depend on your role and CORE FIELD configuration.

Format	Choose it when
PDF	You want to preserve the view or attach it to a document.
Image	You need a presentation, message, or visual report.
Excel	You want chart data in separate worksheets.

CSV belongs to an individual chart, not the complete dashboard. Follow Export chart data.
